The kitchen on Penn is an amazing and small place to go to and enjoy catching up with friends for brunch and even dinner. The servers are welcoming and the food is always hot and delicious. Tanner the bartender is very fun and outgoing. I recommend requesting him to serve you. I recommend trying the roast chicken sandwich and the eggs Benedict!

Great food and great service. Went on a Friday night around 6:30, it was dead we got a table right away. There were only like six other people in the restaurant. The service was quick and our waitress was lovely. The food was really good. The didn’t have a huge menu but the choices were good. We went with the Tuscan chicken and the salmon and both were very good and flavorful.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The atmosphere, the food, the drinks are all incredible every time we visit. We've had breakfast and dinner and no matter what, it's always great. I love how accommodating the chefs are! However the reason I am finally writing a review for this place is because I needed to compliment Laura on her stellar service! She is an absolute incredible person and made our girls night last night so special! Best waitress around and we will be back to see her soon! If I could give service a 10 out of 5, I would! Thanks Laura!!!

Today I walked in exhausted, overwhelmed, and honestly... not having the best day. I left smiling. The Crab Cake Benny was fantastic, the potatoes were cooked perfectly, that vinaigrette that was simple but just so bright, and whatever magic is happening in that smoky hollandaise sauce deserves an award. More importantly, you can feel the love in the food. As someone who spent years working in kitchens, I know the difference between food that's made and food that's cared about. This meal felt cared about. Thank you for reminding me that a good meal can still turn a day around. Five stars, no notes.

Brunch at The Kitchen on Penn was so good. The matcha hot cocoa was super cozy and creamy, not too sweet, and the toasted marshmallows on top were such a nice touch. The short rib Benedict was definitely the highlight, really tender meat, perfectly runny eggs, and a rich hollandaise that just worked with everything. Plus the potatoes were nice and crispy. The service was also really friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. Just a really solid, comforting brunch spot I’d go back to for sure!

A surprising find and great for breakfast. They have a coffee bar that serves unique speciality coffees with alternative milks that's surprisingly good. Generous portions and a creative menu. We ordered the breakfast and power bowls. Both were flavorful and filling. Our server was very sweet and accommodating. Definitely will come back when visiting again!

5 Stars - Great Food & Large Portions Great food, large portions, and a very cool "restaurant-meets-coffee-shop" vibe. The service was excellent and the space was quite clean. You definitely get your money's worth here, the portions are huge, so if you leave hungry, that’s on you. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal in a convenient location with a nice atmosphere.
